Question by Mangafan: What age did black kids have sex in the 1970's?

The teenage birth rate has been declining since the 1950's and it has had "rises" but never as high as the 1950's but what was the youngest a black male or female would have sex in the 1970's cause today most black kids are virgins.

This is a joke right. That is the most ass backward question I have read yet on here. Black kids are having sex at like 12 now. Most are on welfare by 18 and have two kids by 19 while standing in line to vote for Obama not even knowing what party or much less his values he stands for... Gotta love atlanta right..
